Exim Bank CMD, Shri T.C. Venkat Subramanian, Retires
Shri T.C. Venkat Subramanian, Chairman and Managing Director of the Export-Import Bank of India, relinquished his office, on attaining superannuation, on October 31, 2009. Shri Venkat Subramanian served as the Chief Executive of the Bank for two terms of office and for over eight years. Under the stewardship of Shri Venkat Subramanian, Exim Bank has crossed significant milestones in business promotion as well as other initiatives as the premier export finance institution of the country.
Until a successor to Shri T.C. Venkat Subramanian is appointed by the Government of India, Smt. Ravneet Kaur, Joint Secretary (IF), Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, has taken additional charge as CMD of the Bank.
