Towards this, the Bank has launched a Sustainable Finance Programme, to support the sustainability efforts of eligible borrowers, enable them to meet climate-related non-tariff barriers, and align their activities with India’s climate commitments.
Objectives of the Programme
Objective of the Sustainable Finance Programme is to finance green, transition, social and sustainability linked investments of eligible borrowers, under commercial credit business of the Bank.
